Short-term or long-term therapy? An explanation of the quotas

Before any guideline-based psychotherapy begins, there is a psychotherapy consultation and two to four exploratory sessions to determine whether the approach is a good fit. In this context, “one hour” refers to a 50-minute therapy session.

Short-term therapy
